Wardeh (‘Wardee’) lives in Indiana with her dear family. She’s the author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Fermenting Foods and other traditional cooking eBooks, and she teaches online classes in the fundamentals of traditional cooking, sourdough, cultured dairy, cheesemaking, fermentation, kids cooking, dehydrating, allergy-free cooking, cooking outside, pressure cooking, and more. Millie Copper, Administrative Assistant & Customer Success Manager
Millie is passionate (her husband Joe calls it obsessed) about feeding her family a diet filled with whole, unprocessed, nutrient dense foods. They live on the Wyoming prairie raising chickens and ducks for meat and eggs plus goats for milk and (maybe someday) meat. In addition to managing a busy life, Millie works full-time from home on various ventures, one of which is managing Traditional Cooking School customer service with a friendly disposition. Lindsey Dietz, Content Director & Editor
Native Texans, Lindsey and her family now live in the northern Minnesota wilderness on their dream property, where they are attempting to raise chickens and a few of their own veggies. In her free time, she enjoys food photography, flipping through cookbooks, and tackling home improvement projects. She also serves on the board of her local food co-op. Lindsey has dedicated much of her time over the past several years to unlearning conventional practices and implementing Traditional foods and natural remedies in her home. Haniya, Wardee’s oldest daughter, is a Traditional Cooking School child through and through. She enjoys reading World War II history and long classic novels, adventuring at the Oregon coast, learning about the chemistry of food, and surprising her husband with new recipes for dinner. Since healing her gluten intolerance as a pre-teen, she loves baking everything sourdough (cookies, pizza, bread, and more) with her flour-of-choice, einkorn.

Danielle’s passion is teaching people how to live thriving lives. After 13 years in the corporate world, she became a work-at-home mother and began her journey into traditional cooking and writing.
