If you are not completely satisfied with any Endorphinate product, please send an e-mail to info@ponderapharma.com within 30 days of receipt of your order, and we will (a) e-mail a prepaid return label for any unopened bottles (US orders only) and (b) issue a full and unconditional 100% refund.  (International shipping charges will not be included in the refund.)

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:  PRE-PAID Canadian Customs Duties Shipping:

Place an order for and pay for USPS First Class International at checkout for AT LEAST 3 BUT NO MORE THAN 10 bottles of Endorphinate and Pondera will ship USPS First Class International and PREPAY all Canadian customs duties. (Since Pondera is absorbing the cost of pre-paying Canadian customs duties, we can no longer ship fewer than 3 bottles to our Canadian customers.)    

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (OTHER THAN CANADA): We use both DHL and USPS International.   USPS is typically less expensive and slower.  DHL is more expensive, faster, and more reliable.  The charges you pay at checkout may not include customs duties, if any, that may be imposed by your national customs office to be paid by you before you can receive your package.  Once we deliver your package to the carrier of your choice you will be responsible for any communication with or payment to the carrier and/or your local government agency or postal service.  If the order is returned to us (as non-deliverable or otherwise) we will refund what you paid for your order, including any shipping charges you paid).
