- 6 cups unsweetened almond milk, strained — or coconut milk, or raw milk (not dairy free)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional) — OR — 1/2 teaspoon mint extract (optional)
Whisk all ingredients together in a saucepot. Over medium heat and while stirring, bring contents to a very warm temperature. Taste. Add more cocoa or honey as desired. Serve!
