Is there anything easier than a bowl of cereal for breakfast?
No cooking, no waiting — just pour the cereal, pour the milk, and chow down!
Unless you’re a Real Foodie and you know that boxed cereal (even the organic ones!) are highly processed and full of yucky ingredients that we don’t care to consume…
If you want the ease of that morning bowl of cereal, but not the high fructose corn syrup, hard-to-digest nuts and grains, or rancid vegetable oils used in most commercially produced cereals, you take matters into your own hands.
Make up a batch (or 2 or 5!) of these deliciously nourishing granola recipes, then sit back and savor a bowl of granola any time of day*. {We love raw milk with ours!} 😉
*A few of these recipes do not include a soaking or sprouting step for nuts, seeds, and grains. At Traditional Cooking School, we always recommend sprouting or a good, long soak for these foods, since they are high in hard-to-digest phytic acid.

Thanks for including me! Have a great weekend!
I’ve been trying to eat healthier lately, and I’ve decided to start by finding something nutritious to snack on. I love granola, but I’ve never thought about making my own before. It seems like it would take a lot of effort to chop up all those nuts and grains. In the meantime, I’ll start looking for granola containing sprouted grains like you suggested.
Several of the links don’t work anymore, which is sad.
