Kefir Smoothie With Frozen Summer Fruit

If you have any kefir un-enthusiasts in your family, like I did in mine, give 'em a glass and just see if they can tell... ;)

Ingredients

  • 10 dates pitted, whole
  • 4 cups frozen summer fruit Santa Rosa plums, wild blackberries, blueberries, strawberries...
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 to 4 cups milk kefir
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  1. In bottom of high-powered blender, place pitted dates, frozen fruit, and coconut oil.

  2. Add kefir and vanilla.
  3. Blend until smooth, then pour and serve.
