Sore Throat Tonic
This folk remedy, with the addition of ginger and turmeric, is certainly the new sore throat cure in our home. Sip it, gargle it, and wait for the fiery pain to subside!

Ingredients
1/8
teaspoon
ground cayenne pepper
1/8
teaspoon
ground turmeric
2
teaspoons
raw apple cider vinegar
2
teaspoons
raw honey
2-3
slices
ground ginger
fresh
1
cup
pure water
Instructions
Boil water, then turn off heat.
Add a mixture of cayenne, turmeric, vinegar, honey, and ginger to the pot.
Cover.
Let steep for at least 5 minutes.
Transfer to a mug.
Sip as long as you are able.
