So perfect for dipping!
Place all ingredients in a double boiler.
Mix well and stir until melted.
Use to dip the peppermint patties (above).
This chocolate can be used to make Almond Cranberry Apricot Bark:
Chop almonds and mix with dried cranberries and apricots.
Spread out in the bottom of a container and pour the slightly-cooled chocolate over top.
Let cool and enjoy!
