Kefir Poppy Seed Dressing
Making the recipe one time gives you about 1/2 cup of dressing - enough for one meal in our house, where a salad serves five of us with pretty large servings.

Ingredients
1/2
cup
milk kefir
or plain yogurt
1/8
teaspoon
liquid stevia extract
OR 1 tablespoon raw honey, or to taste
2
teaspoons
poppy seeds
4
tablespoons
lemon juice
fresh
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Chill until needed, or pour over salad and toss immediately.
