Dairy-Free Banana Eggnog Shake

Homemade eggnog!

While this recipe deviates somewhat from tradition, it will provide you and your family with a nourishing boost during a season usually loaded with junk food and unhealthy meals. Serves 4.

  1. In the bowl of a large, heavy stand mixer, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  2. To a blender, add egg yolks, honey, vanilla, nutmeg, banana, and ice cubes. 

  3. Blend until creamy and all ingredients are incorporated.

  4. With a spatula, gently fold the liquid in the egg whites. 

  5. Pour into glasses, top with additional nutmeg. 

  6. Serve immediately.
