Stuffing-inspired Herb and Cheese Spread

  • 1/2 cup soft cheese such as chèvre or cream cheese*
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 organic or pastured egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine cheese, sour cream, egg, and herbs in a food processor and process until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a small baking dish or ramekin and bake 20-30 minutes.
  4. Serve warm.
