Stevia-Sweetened Lavender Lemonade
This stevia-sweetened lavender lemonade is a little sweet, a little sour, and a little floral -- so lovely and refreshing, especially on a hot day!

Ingredients
6
cups
pure water
divided
1/4
cup
dried lavender flowers
1
cup
lemon juice
1
teaspoon
liquid stevia extract
Instructions
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add lavender flowers.
Remove from the heat and steep for at least 1 hour. (If you leave it longer, or even overnight, that's okay!)
Strain into a pitcher.
Add the remaining 4 cups of water, the lemon juice, and the stevia.
Stir and serve over ice.
Store in the refrigerator.
