Yummy Chicken Salad
This is a deliciously simple chicken salad!

Ingredients
1/4 to 1/2
onion
finely diced
2 to 3
cups
chicken
cooked and diced
sea salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
dried basil
few pinches
extra virgin olive oil
generous drizzle
balsamic vinegar
few splashes
cheddar cheese
finely grated (optional)
olives
chopped (optional)
Instructions
Toss all ingredients.
Adjust seasonings to taste.

Serve atop greens, or in a sandwich.
