About Millie Copper
Millie is passionate (her husband Joe calls it obsessed) about feeding her family a diet filled with whole, unprocessed, nutrient dense foods. They live on the Wyoming prairie raising chickens and ducks for meat and eggs plus goats for milk and (maybe someday) meat. In addition to managing a busy life, Millie works full-time from home on various ventures, one of which is managing Traditional Cooking School customer service with a friendly disposition.
