Though it takes many forms, here’s an important question that I keep hearing with regard to the Fundamentals eCourse:

“What if I or someone in my family is allergic to ….. (fill in the blank)? Will I be able to get anything out of the eCourse?”

This is an important question for those who must, or desire to, eat gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, soy-free, sugar-free, etc. I’m going to be totally honest with you in answering it.

The Answer Is, Yes

The Fundamentals eCourse can work for people with dietary restrictions. Because we’re talking about general formulas and benefits, the techniques can be applied (in most cases) while working around dietary restrictions. We will never use anything processed (other than baking powder), so you don’t have to worry about hidden dairy, corn, soy, gluten, nuts, and/or eggs as a part of any food ingredient.

But what about whole food ingredients in the lessons? This post spells out my honest and specific answers to how many lessons include common restricted foods such as gluten, grains, dairy, egg, nuts, soy, sugar, corn, etc. – and whether or not you’ll be able to work around these restrictions.

In it, I am very specific, so if you’re at all interested in this question, be sure to read my full answer.

Just a note… if someone is dairy free, they can make coconut milk kefir following the same instructions as milk kefir.

Rebecca – Thanks for pointing that out. Not having done it myself, I had forgotten that this is a possibility – I read it at Cultures for Health recently. So, yes, dairy-free is only an issue when making the cheese. 🙂
