Recently, I created my own version of a delicious blackberry mocktail my husband and I enjoyed on a business trip. My version, however, uses fresh squeezed lime juice and honey in lieu of limeade concentrate along with fresh mint and local crushed frozen blackberries. I omit the alcohol so it's family friendly.
