In today’s podcast, we’re catching up with Anthony and Jami Delgado of 2cool4skoolie.com and EatNourishing.com. You met them last October in episode #7 when they were embarking on the project of converting a 1980’s school bus — a “skoolie” — into a 300 square foot home for their family of five. Their goal? To live within their means and to live simply.
And now, they’re all moved in — and loving it! You get to hear how it’s going on today’s episode of Know Your Food with Wardee. Plus, Jami created a video bus tour yesterday and it’s embedded below.

About Anthony and Jami
Anthony and Jami live in Southern California with their three uncommonly creative children. Jami is a homemaker and struggles with juggling her own personal aspirations and the desire to truly serve and give her family everything she has. She is the owner of EatNourishing.com, a real food recipe website and is always learning new ways to do old things. Follow Jami’s kitchen through @eatnourishing on Instagram.
Anthony is a youth pastor and enjoys playing any musical instrument he can get his hands on. He has chronicled some of his growth and experience in youth ministry on eInquisitive.com and has recently written a book entitled: Hermeneutics Are Like Bellybuttons: Basic Hermeneutics for Youth and Other Ministry Workers.
They are sharing their bus conversion story at 2cool4skoolie.com, where you can see how much they spent, the various iterations of floor plans, fun pictures, and more.

What’s Coming Up!
Next week on my podcast, I’m visiting with Heather Dessinger, The Mommypotamus and author of Nourished Baby. We’re talking about nourishing mama and baby through pregnancy and childcare. Really good stuff, lots of info, plus Heather’s a sweetheart. Come back next week for that.

Thanks so much for keeping us updated. I was thinking about and praying about where you were going to permanently park the skoolie just a few days before you recorded this.
God bless!
