Listener Question
This week’s question comes from BJ:
“I have a question about yeast. My sister-in-law has developed a sensitivity to yeast. She has not identified herself as having candida but has burning lips and other digestive problems with yeast. She is pregnant with her first child (which may have something to do with it). She tried some sourdough and it seamed to be better. But I wonder if she maybe experiencing early signs of Candida. So my question is sourdough good for people with candida? and could you make a few other suggestions for someone with yeast sensitivity/candida. Thanks, I love your podcast.”
My answer is in the podcast, plus here are links for you:

About “Step by Step Paleo” — Ruth’s eBook
“After 30 years of chronic fatigue syndrome, I was able to turn my health around by eating a delicious paleo diet. But while learning to eat paleo, I spent loads of time learning exactly what food to buy and how to make it. I made lots and lots of mistakes along the way. What I needed was a guide to break it down into easy, manageable steps. Well, I never found that perfect paleo diet plan, so I wrote Step By Step Paleo just for you.
Step By Step Paleo makes the transition as simple as can be. You get 12 missions for 12 weeks — to help you add weekly changes to your diet. You’ll get clear instructions about what to do and detailed information on just how to do it.”
