Listener Question

Fayette asks:

“I have been buying what I thought was raw almonds and I just read an article that states all almonds have to be pasteurized even if they are labeled as raw: organic by steam and non organic by steam or some God awful chemical. Do you know of a source where truly raw almonds can be purchased, or is the steaming acceptable?”

Listen to this episode for my answer. And please do leave a comment if you have a source for truly raw almonds!
