I love the verse from Proverbs about goat’s milk. I have 2 dairy goats and we drank our first milk of the season a couple of nights ago. How delicious it was!!

I love your perspective on nutrition. I am looking forward to taking both of your classes. I can’t do it quite yet but in the near future.

Thank you for the info. on your site! I didn’t get a chance to ask this question when you talked about kefir, but how long does dairy kefir last in the refrigerator? (after it’s cultured and the grains removed)
How can I tell if it’s gone bad?
Thanks!
