Last-minute company and a house without air conditioning created the perfect storm for Lindsey…
You see, 3 new friends were going to stop by around 8pm for dessert.
It was already 7pm and it had been a super-hot day in northern Minnesota so she wasn't about to turn on the oven.
But… what to serve? Ack!
It was a panic moment, yet…
She quickly found a recipe for a no-bake cookie — and Hallelujah! she had all the ingredients!
In just a few minutes, she whipped up a cute and tasty treat, which she served straight from the freezer.
Everyone loved them, and they finished off the entire plate that evening!
That “perfect storm” turned into about a dozen delicious variations of nourishing no-bake treats that her family and friends adore!
Yet it didn't stop there…
With encouragement from friends, she decided to test her no-bake bites at the farmer’s market. They were a hit! She sold out several weeks in a row.
Next to her family, the locals turned out to be the best group of testers ever. They loved that her bites were gluten-free and she was proud of the high-quality ingredients. Several people even ordered a dozen at a time!
