Just a quick, fun video slideshow to share shots of the food and folks from Wise Traditions 2011 in Dallas, Texas. I was there last weekend and had a great time!

GNOWFGLINS friends and me after a delicious conference lunch. 🙂

Thank you for posting this video! I wish I could have met you in person at the conference – there were so many wonderful people there and so much to see, do and hear, it was impossible to do it all!

Lee — I would have like to meet you too! Bummer! I feel like I barely scratched the surface of meeting people and listening to sessions. It was certainly a jam-packed weekend.

Cute slideshow Wardee. You are a really good food photographer! Those pics turned out great. I am so glad we actually met in person @ the conference – even if there wasn’t nearly enough time to REALLY visit! Much love to you and yours!

    Wardee,
It was so wonderful to finally meet you in person in Dallas! My only regret is not spending more time with you (sigh). I feel like we are “growing up together” in our traditional food diet journey. I love what you do!
    Until next time,
    Erin
