We made it through another year! Yay! So, it’s exciting to turn to a fresh, empty month on the calendar — one that’s open and waiting to be filled with all the good things you can imagine!

Saw on video regarding reheating food in the Instant Pot that you recommended Pyrex. The company that manufactures Pyrex does not recommend using that product in the Instant Pot as they have not tested it for pressure cooking. Some have reported it shattering. Just an FYI.
