When measuring honey, molasses or maple syrup, first spray brush with oil to prevent sticking. Honey should then slide right out!
Another take on this is — if you’re using liquid oil in a recipe, measure that first. It will leave a coating behind (much like using a spray) to help the sweetener slide out without leaving a mess behind. Thanks, Tiffany, for a great time-saver and mess-saver!
