Acid reflux, flatulence, constipation, belly bulge, oh my! Sameera H. recently wrote in, asking for help with all these. Since there’s so much to say about it, I gave her question the whole show.
Many of us have suffered (and are suffering) with these, even me from time to time. In today’s podcast, I share natural tips and ideas for relief — many of which have helped me and my family.

I have dealt with alot of these problems. I know that I have a lot of food sensitivities that I am still working on. I seem to react to histamines and other things which can make gut healing a lot more complicated. I tested positive for Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO). I did a protocol with high dose garlic to kill off the bad bacteria. I am now taking colostrum to help repopulate my gut with probiotics. (I struggle with symptoms if I try to eat fermented food and probiotics are controversial for SIBO, so I settled on dairy free colostrum). I would take probiotics if I knew which one to take. I took many different kinds before my SIBO diagnosis, and none ever got rid of the bloating. I think you gave many helpful suggestions, and I believe that they will help many people! If you think of any suggestions for me, I would love to hear them. And, I understand it is only your opinion and not medical advice.

Hey,
I suffered for years from this awful disease, and here’s my tips on how I “almost completely” cured my heartburn & acid reflux.
1. Instant relief is found via root ginger. Seems to neutralise the esophagus immediately.
2. Dilute some Apple cider vinegar in a bit of water and then down it. Every morning.
3. Have a look at the free video on http://dealyzone.com/cure/acid-reflux and just follow the methods it gives you. Takes about a week but reflux symptoms will then be gone forever.
4. Dont push your luck! once you feel your symptoms have relieved still don’t be silly and have that greasy take away! Be cautious what you eat without it ruling your life.
Acid reflux can indeed cause many various symptoms, I think thats another thing what struggled me for many years when i had it

Gt Info Kristie n Elizabeth sharing here on your experience of reflux with the so many other various symtoms that I know exactly what you mean.. ive struggled with this numerous yrs…n declined any med rx’s offered to me by medics n over counter. No Thanx on the side affects they produce n future :additional ailments that can result. I keep Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar or other quality vinegar in the house..but, I dont use regularly but, I do know works miraculously for many things n ph balance. Ginger is used in cooking n I should use more often. Im a senior + senior of low weight..my refux is advanced n ive never had bad eating habits or other neg ones either..yet these things inevitably do n will happen for a majority. I use cell ph internet n it goes out with consistency..I plan to try to see wardee’s all sources of shared informational sites..I find her of much interest..as a layman on her studies n experiences..making no med claims as you n kristie also do. I wld like to explore the Sibo in more detail as ive not heard this term..I, too for yrs n yrs have used Probiotics of great high all beneficial flori’s types n due to cosys have purchased lesser strength as well..I find benefit but not total..I have all the classic symtoms…u all have experienced…Kristie n Elizabeth.
