Yummy Chicken Salad
This is a deliciously simple chicken salad.
Toss all ingredients. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Serve atop greens, or in a sandwich. Yesterday when we were out clearing brush and cleaning up our property, I brought out a bowl of this chicken salad. Yummy lunch — or dinner!
Yummy Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/2 onion finely diced
- 2 to 3 cups chicken cooked and diced
- sea salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- dried basil few pinches
- extra virgin olive oil generous drizzle
- balsamic vinegar few splashes
- cheddar cheese finely grated (optional)
- olives chopped (optional)
Instructions
