Wow, how wonderful! Thank you for the mention Wardee. I found you a while ago when I was studying fermented foods and reading books such as Michael Pollen’s, “Cooked” and Sandor Katz’s, “Wild Fermentation.” Though I briefly saw some of your work, I knew I’d come back to it. And well, here I am. Subscribing. <3

Has anyone else had trouble with burning using the Instant Pot? I follow the instructions, but now I even add triple water and it still all is gone and starting to burn on the bottom each time. Could my pot just be defective??? Thanks!
Millie says
Hi Debbie,
We suggest contacting Instant Pot. Burning shouldn’t be an issue, except when using saute unattended.
