    mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm……… not a lettuce salad in the bunch. (i don’t like lettuce salads but love me my veggies.)

    Oh, I definitely have to try that Quinoa salad! Quinoa is one of those grains I have and use infrequently, mostly because I don’t feel like I really know what to do with it. I always like it, but definitely needed some more creative ideas. Thanks!

    I love the cucumber salad. I made it when they were plentiful around here and it was very good! I can’t wait for cukes to be out again (they are not good when out of season 🙁 ). Oh, and I think I made that rice salad before. DH said it was different but good.
