For my contribution, I’m sharing this collection of our favorite main dishes, which are delicious no matter what time of year!
Quiche — This is a general quiche formula, adaptable to ingredients you have available or in season.
Cumin Chicken Skillet — Would be wonderful to make with leftover turkey!
Arabic Meatballs — The minty flavor in these meatballs is amazing.
