I got a little busy and didn’t participate in the holiday desserts, holiday soups, or holiday beverages courses. For my contribution, I’m sharing this collection of our favorite main dishes, which are delicious no matter what time of year!
Quiche — This is a general quiche formula, adaptable to ingredients you have available or in season.
Cumin Chicken Skillet — Would be wonderful to make with leftover turkey!
Arabic Meatballs — The minty flavor in these meatballs is amazing.
