Below, not only have I gathered up numerous variations of the Holy Trinity of Condiments (ketchup, mayo, and mustard ;)), I also learned that a condiment is anything added in a small amount to flavor food. So I’ve included less common but no less delicious condiments like lacto-fermented horseradish, watermelon rind relish, homemade fish sauce, and gochujang!
