If going to the fridge and peeling the foil lid off a container of fruity flavored yogurt or pudding cup is as far as your kids go when it comes to making their own snacks, you NEED this recipe.
These easy snacks are perfect for hungry kids with mommas who just need a break from snack time.
These are so easy, your kids can make one for you while you actually sit down and enjoy snack time for once!
My kids have been making variations of these Superfood Banana Snacks for a few months now.
They love coming up with different flavor combinations, and I love that they’re making their own snack — and getting in some superfoods while they do it!

Real Food Kids eCourse
It is SO important for us to get our kids in the kitchen and teach them valuable skills.
Several years ago, I went through the Real Food Kids eCourse, and the practical, step-by-step instructions and videos gave me the courage and empowerment I needed to teach my children how to cook.
The Real Food Kids eCourse not only gave me ideas to teach my children the kitchen skills they’ll use for a lifetime, it also gave me ideas for kid-friendly recipes that my kids can do ON THEIR OWN. That means more freedom and independence for Mom and kids both — which is a major goal as our kids get older.
Do your kids enjoy making their own snacks?
...without giving up the foods you love or spending all day in the kitchen!

YUM! I would definitely make this for myself. It could also be a healthy dessert, like a banana split!
