Spring produce is always a welcome addition after a long winter. We’ve put together a lovely collection of healthy, spring-inspired recipes packed with spring produce for you to cook in your Instant Pot.

Seasonal food is the most nutritious for our bodies, and tends to be more affordable and fresh, too! You can’t get much better than that!

All of the recipes in this collection have at least one spring produce item (veggie, herb, or fruit). There are also a handful of recipes for spring holidays, including St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, Easter, and Mother’s Day.

All recipes are made with real food ingredients, too! You won’t find any processed ingredients here. While most of the recipes are gluten-free, a few are not. Recipes will be listed with the dietary category of Paleo, Grain-Free, Gluten-Free, Whole30, Keto, Low Carb and/or Vegetarian or Vegan so you can easily find the recipes that fit your dietary needs. Most Keto recipes will also be suitable for a Trim Healthy Mama Satisfying meal.
