Wardeh (‘Wardee’) lives in the Boise area of Idaho with her dear family. She’s the author of Fermenting and other traditional cooking eBooks, and she teaches online classes in the fundamentals of traditional cooking, sourdough, cultured dairy, cheesemaking, fermentation, kids cooking, dehydrating, allergy-free cooking, cooking outside, pressure cooking, and more. Haniya Cherry, Teacher & Content Director
Haniya is Wardee’s oldest daughter, a Traditional Cooking School child through and through! She enjoys reading history as well as science and adventure memoirs and long classic novels; adventuring outside; learning about the chemistry of food; and trying new recipes. Sourdough, kefir, ginger beer, and apple chutney are her favorite ferments! She and her husband have two little boys, both born at home.
Danielle Tate, Customer Success Team Leader
Danielle, along with her husband Brad and their son Wyatt, are a full-time RVing family with a love of the outdoors. In her free time, she enjoys cooking nourishing traditional prepared foods, especially outside. Danielle is an author, blogger, speaker, and budget coach with a passion for helping churches and individuals to have honest, Bible-based conversations about money, sexual discipleship, and sexual health. Vicki lives in SE New Mexico with her husband Steve. Although she is a CPA and an eCommerce entrepreneur, her passion is cooking, baking, and preserving. She loves trying new recipes out on her family and friends. Since joining Traditional Cooking School, Vicki’s kitchen counters always have jars of things fermenting, souring, or sprouting. Her husband has stopped asking what’s in all the jars! Vicki has 2 grown sons, Christopher and Kevin, and a beautiful daughter-in-law, Mandi.

Peggy is an Eskimo from Alaska who lives in Michigan with her husband Todd and their two children Dylan and Ashley which they homeschool. Roberta recently moved to the Lake Tahoe area with her husband Doug to be closer to Doug’s parents. They are active in their church community. Hollie is a follower of Christ, wife to Nathan, and homeschool mom to 3 kiddos. She and her husband own and manage Fifth Season Farms in West Virginia, where they provide a clean meat connection for those seeking a beyond organic source. Hollie is an RN with almost two decades of experience and has seen first hand the byproducts of the standard American diet, the inadequacies of western medicine, and the aftermath of the conventional food system.
